3. Quotes, Drafts & Proposals
Free drafts or previews provided by Statefolio:
- Are for evaluation purposes only

4. Payments & Billing
- Services require payment as agreed in the proposal or invoice
- Ongoing plans are billed on a recurring basis
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Supply required materials (logos, text, images)
- Ensure they have rights to submitted content
- Review and approve deliverables promptly
- Statefolio is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials.
6. Third-Party Integrations
We may integrate with third-party platforms (AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine, Rent Manager, Propertyware, Tenant Turner, Zillow, ShowMojo, CRMs, etc.).
We are not liable for outages, API changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- The client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them
- Statefolio retains rights to frameworks, systems, code libraries, and reusable components
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
8. Maintenance & Support
Ongoing management services:
- Apply only while subscription remains active
- Do not include rebuilding major features unless specified
- May change scope with reasonable notice
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statefolio shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities
- Search engine ranking fluctuations
- Third-party outages
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 3 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments remain overdue
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs
- Clients may cancel recurring services with written notice before the next billing cycle.
11. Changes to Terms
